EXTENSION |

|
No extension while on deputation/assignment abroad
shall be granted. A clear undertaking to this effect in terms of a
Bond shall be taken from all concerned before according permission
for deputation / assignment.

|
In the event of overstay by an employee on deputation /
assignment (unless extension is allowed in advance of the expiry of
sanctioned deputation / assignment on valid reasons by competent authority),
the individual will attract the provision of CCS (CCA) Rules, as applicable
to the employee of CSIR.

|
|
In case of violation, CSIR will have the right to invoke the bond.
