  1. Solar cement, mortar and concrete
  2. Writing Chalk like structures and Calcite composites
  3. Geo-polymer concrete
  4. Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC)
  5. Building or Composite products with wastes and natural resources

  3. Plasmonic materials based systems for steam and hydrogen generation and to use with fuel cell to generate power

Whereas CSIR-NEERI has developed processes for Chitosan-CNP/Chitosan-MNP composites under its environmental materials R&D programme and has obtained patents.

Ira Agrotech is desirous of collaborating with CSIR-NEERI for converting Chitosan-CNP/ Chitosan-MNP into following products:

  1. Food packaging (eg Mushroom) packaging (on industrial level) for keeping the food fresh for longer duration and to capture CO2 thereof
  2. Development of disinfectant / sterilization pouch to be used as quick water disinfectant /sterilization pouch in remote/geographically tough/rural areas
  3. Development of UV films to be used in reducing the UV in the form of nets/drapes
  4. Development of Surgical Suture to be used in wound treatment
  5. Development of bandages for dressing the wound
