An agreement was signed on 12 May, 2014 jointly by CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CSIR-CIMAP), Lucknow and CSIR-NBRI with Aimil Pharmaceuticals (India) Ltd. New Delhi for transfer of knowhow for making herbal formulation for diabetes (NBRMAP-DB).

A MoU was signed between CSIR-Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CSIR-CIMAP), Lucknow and CSIR-IIIM, Jammu for conducting multi-location trials and dissemination of Artemisia annua variety CIM-Arogya in J &K state.

The Central Institute of Medicinal and Aromatic Plants (CIMAP), Lucknow, and Shriram Institute for Industrial Research (SRI), New Delhi, have signed an MoU on collaborative research in biological and herbal products quality standards.Dr S. • CIMAP shall extend need-based technical guidance to SRI in a project mode in the areas of medicinal and aromatic plants and their products and actively collaborate with SRI in the areas of mutual interest complementing the existing capabilities
• CIMAP and SRI would jointly develop a pilot project in the area of developing herbal standards to be followed up by a mega project for establishing global standards of herbals as a major area in the 11th Five Year Plan.
