We would like to bring to your kind notice the Webinar on Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) in Action which is being organized by WAITRO and hosted at Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) as the WAITRO Regional Focal Point (RFP) for Asia and the Pacific on 24th August 2021 during 07:30 - 13:30 hrs(IST) or 09:00-15:00 hrs (GMT+7). WAITRO member RTOs would be participating in the Webinar. Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) is defined below.

• Bio (B) = Biological resources and conversion of resources into value added products
• Circular (C) = Reusing and recycling resources
• Green (G) = Keeping economy, society, and environment in balance and leading to sustainable development

The webinar is aimed to promote knowledge and awareness of Bio-Circular-Green (BCG) new economic model for inclusive and sustainable growth. BCG is being driven to the regional level for opportunities ex. ASEAN and APEC. This webinar will be a platform for researchers of WAITRO members to showcase their project in relation to the theme of BCG and/or to seek partners for proposal and form of project consortium in the future. CSIR is a WAITRO member and this webinar is open for any person of WAITRO member to participate.
