Mandate:

1. Supervision/Monitoring of all the legal matters/cases pending in different courts and CAT Benches in the country.
2. Advising on legal matters
3. Interpretation of Administrative/Legal aspects.
4. Vetting of replies/counter replies of legal cases proposed to be filed in the court/CAT.
5. Vetting of Draft Agreement/Mous and NDA etc.
6. Analyzing the  judgement and advising the authorities whether to accept the judgement or to challenge it in the higher court.
