Objective: The global challenge posed by climate change can only be met by cross-border international collaborations. This programme is aimed at postdocs doing research in the field of climate protection or climate related resource conservation in their country of origin and by enabling future decision-makers and multipliers to share knowledge, methods, and techniques with specialist colleagues in Germany, this programme promotes this objective.

Submission Window: Apply online until 10 February 2026
Fellowship Duration:
- For Postdocs- 6 to 24 months and can be divided into up to three stays within three years.
- For Experienced researchers- 6 to 18 months and can be divided into up to three stays within three years.
Financial Support:
- For Postdocs- €3,000 plus additional benefits.
- For Experienced Researchers- €3,600 plus additional benefits.
